Guidelines and Instructions

  • Author Guidelines
  1. Authorship letter
  2. Declarations from the Author(s)
  3. Rebuttal Letter (Author Response to Editor/Reviewer)
  • Reviewer Guidelines

The received manuscript is reviewed initially by the assigned editor and manuscripts.  All submitted articles will undergo international peer review with blinding for two peer reviewers, simultaneously. If the decision conflicts between the two, it will be sent to a third peer reviewer. The Executive Editor, together with the editorial board will ensure the following peer review policy. Double-blind will be done. The manuscript will be blinded when sent out for review. The author is anonymous to the reviewer and the reviewer is anonymous to the author as well. The manuscripts are once again reviewed by the editorial board. Page proofs are sent to the corresponding author, which must be returned within five days. Non-response to proof copy may delay the publication. [Note: The editorial board reserves the right to do necessary modifications in the text including grammar, figures, tables, and photographs, and illustrations to improve understanding without affecting the original essence of the manuscript.]

  • Corrections & Retraction

Article Corrections

Noticing errors after publishing articles on the website will be corrected according to the author’s suggestions, corrections will be changed only if a significant error is found in the paper as factually inaccurate published information. When a correction is published it will be linked to the article being corrected and a link to the corrections page will also be placed on the article published earlier. And corrections will also be added to the PDF version of the article.

Corrections should be marked in doc and PDF provided through email or searchable on a website.

(Or) mark the corrections with the page number, and line with clean information to understand.

Article Retraction

Infringements of professional ethical codes, such as

  • Fake claims of authorship
  • Duplicate submission
  • Plagiarism
  • Fraudulent use of data

From time to time a retraction will be used to take care of errors in submission or publication. The retraction associated with an article by its authors or the editor under the advice of members of the scholarly community is certainly an occasional feature of the learned world. The article will be retracted from a website and a retraction notice will be labeled as retraction of the article to the author’s notice.
